It is very normal for a market to change dramatically from one day to the next from seller's market to a buyer's market, or vice versa. The things that impact the changes are many, including, interest rates, supply and demand, job market, etc. . 

I consult with sellers on what repairs or updates will bring in most value and return on investment, what colors are trending, and I use data to consult on proper pricing to get the seller, the highest and best value in the quickest amount of time. 

After years in the industry,  handing off keys to a first time buyer, is very rewarding to me.

Self employed since 2004. I understand the importance of getting results, the value of relationships and truly value and appreciate the trust my clients place in me.
